MSEFT is in the process of collecting views from all staff, partners, our local communities and patients, families, carers on what we need to consider for our long-term strategy as an organisation, building on the work we’ve already done as one team working together for excellent patient care. Our vision is to understand local needs and what patients/families expect from our services. Population data will help guide this, but local context matters.
