Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: Essex County Council intends to temporarily close a length of Shared Footpath/Cycle path parallel to the River Chelmer, From its junction with Footpath 66, Chelmsford to its junction with Hill View Road, Chelmsford, in the City of Chelmsford. in two phases.

| Phase 1 | From its junction with Footpath 66, Chelmsford, northwards for a distance of approximately 240 metres to its junction with Footpath 65, Chelmsford. |
| Phase 2 | From its junction with Footpath 65, Chelmsford, north-westwards for a distance of approximately 160 metres to its junction with Hill View Road. |
